Early morning maintenance, February 6

We would like to inform you of planned maintenance that will occur on Thursday, February 6, from 1-5 a.m. During the maintenance window, all customers can expect to be without service for up to 60 minutes.

Our network engineering team will be replacing one of our core routers, a critical piece of our network infrastructure. The new hardware will help us ensure better connections and stability for all customers.

What to expect:

  • Internet customers will experience slow speeds, web page timeouts and periods of lost connectivity.
  • Phone customers may not be able to complete calls or calls may be dropped.
  • Video customers will experience intermittent loss of service throughout the maintenance window.  This includes all channels and VOD services

Troubleshooting:

Slow Internet, web page timeouts and periods of lost connectivity should be expected during the maintenance window.  If you continue to experience issues after the maintenance window, please perform a power cycle on your equipment.  To power cycle your equipment, simply unplug it, count to ten, and plug it back in.

If your services have not returned to normal by 5 a.m. and power cycling your equipment has not resolved the issue, give us a call at 541-382-5551.
