**Update, Monday, 9:02 p.m. In an effort to resolve the isolated, on-going Internet and phone outage in Bend, we will be performing unplanned maintenance overnight tonight, from 2-4 a.m. During the maintenance window, customers can expect to be without services for periods of time. Thank you for your understanding as we work to resolve the outage.
**Update, Monday, 6:30 p.m. Our engineers are narrowing in on the cause of the limited outage at this time. We will continue to update as we learn more from our team.
**Update, Monday, 3 p.m. We continue to troubleshoot with our engineers and vendors to provide a resolution to the IP connectivity problem that is affecting some of our customers at this time. We’ll continue to keep you up to date on this throughout the afternoon and evening.
**Update, Monday, 11:17 a.m. Our most sincere apologies for the ongoing disruption to your internet and phone services. The IP connectivity problem continues to be investigated by our engineers after overnight emergency maintenance did not fully restore service. We estimate less than 200 customers remain affected at this time. This continues to be our top priority. We will update again this afternoon.
