Plan ahead for Valentine’s Day this year and attend the Sunriver Music Festival’s Valentine’s Day Dinner and Concert on Feb. 14, 5:30 p.m. at the Sunriver Resort Historic Great Hall. Sponsored by BendBroadband, the show features saxophonist Patrick Lamb, a festival favorite, who knows how to get a crowd on its feet.

Join us for the hosted happy hour, a gourmet multi-course meal from the Sunriver Resort chefs, live music and dancing in the beautiful and historic Great Hall.

The Feb. 14th menu is:
First Course:
Curried (yellow curry) cauliflower and roasted pepper bisque with chive oil; rosemary rolls with garlic herb butter
Second Course:
Baby arugula salad with spiced pecans, pickled butternut squash, goat cheese, cinnamon rainbow carrots, and orange segments with a cranberry vinaigrette
Third Course:
(Specify your preference of ribs, gnocchi, or chicken in the Comments at check-out.)
Spice-braised short ribs with truffle risotto, braised baby beets, and mushrooms with a port cherry reduction
~ OR ~
House-made gnocchi with braised baby beets, and mushrooms with a brown butter reduction
~ OR ~
Bacon-wrapped Sattler chicken breast with truffle risotto, braised baby beets, and mushrooms with a black garlic demi-glace
Fourth Course:
Devil’s food cake with rum infused cherries, chocolate ganache, cherry cream anglaise, and spun sugar

After the Valentine’s Day and Concert, upcoming Sunriver Festival shows include:

Piano Showcase, from Bach to Boogie to Jazz, will be held April 13-14 at Tower Theatre. Tickets are now available. The Festival Flaire will be July 22, 2018.
