We wanted to let you know about a technical problem that has arisen following the billing integration between Chambers Cable and BendBroadband. This only affects those customers in the Sunriver area who have a digital set-top box.
If you have a digital set top box, it may reboot, which will result in a blue screen on your TV, for about 1-2 minutes. The picture will then return. Please let the box reboot; it may happen a few times.
We have identified the cause of the problem and it will be corrected by end of day Friday, November 2. We apologize for the inconvenience.
