Once you receive your first official BendBroadband statement, in late November, you will need to update your electronic payment methods. We have provided instructions with your statement, and quick instructions below:
Online and Automatic Bill Pay Customers:
The Chambers Cable online and automatic bill pay system is no longer available to accept a payment. Please visit BendBroadband.com/BillPay to register for electronic or automatic payments. You will need to register as a “new user” with your new BendBroadband account number, which can be found in the top right corner of your BendBroadband bill.
Customers Making Payments with their Bank’s Online Bill Pay System:
If you currently use your bank’s online bill pay system, you need to make changes to ensure your bill is paid and delivered to BendBroadband.
1. Within your financial institution’s Internet banking system, create a new “bill to” for BendBroadband, using your new account number, which can be found in the top right corner of your BendBroadband bill.
2. Delete the “bill to” for Chambers Cable, which is no longer processing payments for customers in the Sunriver area, so you don’t accidently use this address in the future.
