Phone Billing Adjustment

If you received a pre-recorded voice message from us regarding an adjustment on your bill, we’d like to explain what happened in more detail here.

Due to a glitch in our records, a small number of customers were charged twice for long distance calls. Please accept our apology for this mistake, and rest assured that we caught the glitch and credited those accounts for the extra charges.

Both the charges and the credits will appear on your current billing statement, but most importantly, your total amount due will not be effected by the glitch.
