Notice for Existing Digital Customers in Sunriver

Customers who already have digital set top boxes in their homes will receive the interim digital channel lineup on any TVs equipped with the boxes starting the morning of Jan. 31. Each TV must be connected to a set top box in order to receive the digital channel lineup.

We will mail you a copy of the interim channel lineup before Jan. 31. The interim channel packages will be in effect until the transition is complete next summer. While the interim cable TV packages will include a number of new channels, their prices will remain the same as the corresponding Sunriver cable TV packages available now.

The names of the interim packages will be slightly different than those used now:

  • If you are on the Digital Basic package, then as of Jan. 31 you will receive the Sunriver Expanded Basic cable tv package.
  • If you are on the Digital Basic with HD package, then as of Jan. 31 you will receive the Sunriver Expanded Basic with HD Plus.

Please note that the new digital packages include all of the channels formerly delivered in Chambers Cable’s Analog Basic package.
