If you are visiting or represent a property managed home in the Sunriver-area and your TV is not working properly at this time, follow these steps:
- Using your remote control, hold down #7 button until the diagnostic menu appears
- Press the “info” button on your remote
- Press the “OK” button on your remote
This will reset your set top box. Channels will appear within 10 minutes. You will need to repeat this process for each set top box in your home that is not working.
