Trouble-shooting: Power cycle your modems after 8 a.m.

Internet customers may need to power cycle their modems if they are not functioning after 8 a.m.

To power cycle, unplug your modem, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. If your services do not return after power cycling your hardware, give us a call and we will assist you.
