Continued improvement in service quality

System fine tuning continued during August, following the conversion to the new network on July 30th.  Our technical teams, acting as detectives, tracked down the source of a fleeting and mysterious tiling issue on TVs in Sunriver. Engineers were able to identify and replace a faulty video transport unit, which eliminated the tiling issue.  Thanks for your patience during this time.

Our crews are in Sunriver finishing up the burial work on the last of over 900 street-to-home cable drops that were identified for repair or replacement during the home certification process. You may see them burying the new cables to residences and checking signals at utility boxes.
