FAQ:

Q: Why are these changes happening?

A: In 2013 BendBroadband entered into a new contract with Fox Cable Networks, through our National Cable Television Cooperative.  This new agreement contains several provisions that take effect in 2014 and 2015. These changes were provisions in the contract that both parties agreed to.

Q: Will the price of my subscription be affected by these changes?

A: To accommodate all of the programming cost increases, BendBroadband has increased video package prices effective March 1, 2014. These changes are accounted for in that increase.

Q: Can I watch any of these networks online with bendbroadband2go?

A: TVE, or online viewing rights, were included in the 2013 contract renewal but Fox has yet to make any TVE content available.  We will notify customers as soon as the online content becomes available to us.
