We have overhauled our residential and business websites with our customers in mind. The new sites is mobile-friendly and sport easy-to-understand navigation bars that take you right where you want to go.
The last iteration of our website was in place since 2009. Much have changed since then and now it’s time to take the cover off the new websites and reveal all the improvements.
- Easy navigation: Shift between our business and residential sites with ease. Move between pricing and help support content with no problem.
- Information at your fingertips: Use the robust Google site search feature on our site to quickly find what you need.
- Local images: You may recognize some of the photos of people and places on the site, as they are our friends and neighbors.
- Quick access to applications: You can now access all of your account management tools from our primary navigation bar.
Your old bookmarks may need to be updated. Don’t despair! As you start exploring the new website, you may end up skipping bookmarks altogether. Most of the important day-to-day access points are easily accessible from the top navigation bar, freeing you from the need for bookmarks.
If you’re looking for Online Bill Pay, My Email Manager, Internet Usage, Phone Reports or My Phone Manager, just select where you want to go from the “My Account” drop-down menu.
If you have suggestions for the new website or find something out of the ordinary, such as a broken link, please use the feedback tool to let us know. Look for the orange “feedback box” in the lower right corner of every page. Click on the box and jot down what you have in mind in the text box labeled “Write your suggestions or search for existing topics.” If you want to leave a more detailed message, you can also click on the arrow to the right of the text block.
