Please accept our sincere apologies for the outage that occurred this weekend.

We accept full responsibility for the outage and want to provide some insight into what happened. We experienced a service interruption with a vendor who manages one of our domains. As a result BendBroadband customers experienced an email, voicemail and web tools outage. This was effective from approximately 2 a.m. on Saturday Jan. 24, and lasted until 7 a.m. on Sunday Jan. 25.

Unfortunately, any emails sent or received from your @bendbroadband.com or @bendcable.com email during this time period cannot be retrieved. This is also the case for voicemail.

We understand your frustrations, and wish to apologize unreservedly for the service interruption and for any inconvenience caused.
