Update, 12:22 p.m. — We know this has been a rough ride, and hope it eases concerns to hear what we’re doing behind the scenes to prevent further issues from affecting our services. A top engineer from our parent company is spending several weeks in Bend right now to evaluate our email and voicemail system. With his help, we’ll determine the best technology replacement for our current infrastructure. Rest assured, we are 100 percent focused in this effort, and we hope to have a new platform in place as soon as we can.
