We all know about the bounty of recreational and cultural opportunities in Central Oregon.
But that doesn’t stop us from asking our local support system for suggestions of things to do when friends and family come to visit from outside the area.
It’s funny, when you live here, all that stuff just becomes part of the fabric of your life. But when you’ve got folks looking to you for guidance, it’s sometimes easy to draw a blank.
That’s where Central Oregon Visitors Network (CO4) comes in. The new network — on BendBroadband channels 4 and 604 (HD) — is dedicated to people who are vacationing in the region and looking for info on lodging, dining, retail, outdoor adventure and more.
“Our bountiful region has so much to offer,” says Julie Brinks, general manager of Zolo. “This network is everything Central Oregon from spectacular resorts, boundless golf, river rafting, biking, skiing, and shopping.”
Zolo developed CO4 to reach the growing tourism market with the experiences, attractions and destinations Central Oregon offers. Previously, the channel served as a real estate hub with home listings. With the emergence of CO4, it has evolved into a content-rich, highly targeted network designed to appeal to both visitors and locals.
And CO4 isn’t done evolving, says Ron DiTullio, account executive with Zolo.
“We look forward to the evolution of CO4,” he says, “and we are committed to providing meaningful content to our viewers for the benefit of our advertising partners.”
