Website maintenance this weekend

Website maintenance this weekend

Starting at 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, the BendBroadband website will be down for server maintenance.

Customers can still access their BendBroadband email accounts through www.mybendbroadband.com. Click on the “Email Manager” tab in the top-right corner to log in. And viewers looking to watch programming through BendBroadband’s TV Everywhere service can go here.

During this maintenance period, which we expect to go no later than 6 p.m. on Sunday, BendBroadband’s 24/7 Tech Support team will be available by phone, but our automated system that allows customers to make a payment by phone will be down.

Also — and this is important for anyone planning to stream NFL playoff games — BendBroadband’s TV Everywhere service will be down for a portion of the maintenance period. We expect to have our TV Everywhere service up and running well before the Seattle-Minnesota game scheduled for 10:05 a.m. Sunday, but please have a backup plan if you’re a die-hard Seahawks or Vikings fan who is looking to stream the game. Just to be clear, television service will not be affected by the maintenance project, only the website.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for your patience.

  1. The email link does not work and I am unable to access my email. Sorely disappointed in Bendbroadband once again for the inconsistency of service and the general deterioration of their email service since the upgrade. Not being able to access email for over 24 hours is unacceptable 🙁

  2. I am with you there. Don’t sign it the local dogs as there is nothing local about you. I have had nothing but one problem after the next.

  3. WTF. The email link still does not work. You are costing me a lot of business by not having access to email. This is completely unacceptable.

  4. I certainly agree with everyone and am very disappointed and have been since the “upgrade”. Bend Broadband used to have excellent customer service but in the past few years it has really gone down hill. Why can’t this sort of maintenance be done in the middle of the night when you have the fewest users?? Don’t tell us to use the link on the tab since it DOES NOT WORK! URGHHHHH

  5. Hi everyone, we apologize to those that had complications with their email during the website maintenance.
