Service Outage Announcement: service restored at 7:02 p.m.

{7:45 p.m. update] Service has been restored as of 7:02 p.m. We thank you for your patience. We’ll provide more information on the incident as it becomes available to us.

[6 p.m. update] No new news to report at this time. Our crews continue to repair the fiber cut.

[5:03 p.m. update] We have learned that the fiber was inadvertently cut by a third party. We continue to investigate.

[4:47 p.m. update] Our technicians are continuing to isolate the fiber cut and are currently repairing the break. No ETA at this time, but we will continue to update.

[2:57 p.m. update] It appears a fiber line has been cut between Bend and Redmond, impacting all services north of the cut. That includes cable and fiber customers in Redmond, Sisters, Black Butte, Terrebonne and Prineville. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and we’re working on restoring service. Stay tuned for more updates.
