If you are still experiencing Internet or phone service issues, please unplug and reset your router. Check your services after your router has fully booted up. If services are still not working, restart your cable modem by pressing the reset button in the pinhole on the back of the modem for 2 to 3 seconds. If this does not restore your services, please call our repair team at 541-382-5551.
