BendBroadband designates $10,000 to United Way of Deschutes County

daysofcaringBendBroadband is designating $10,000 to United Way of Deschutes County for 2016-17. This is in addition to what employees pledge to their local chapters. Each employee is also encouraged to volunteer up to 16 hours a year while still being paid.

“One of our shared missions is to be good citizens,” said Dave Wittwer, CEO and president of TDS Telecom, which operates BendBroadband. “We encourage employees to volunteer with our paid time-off volunteer benefit and to also support the organizations served by the United Way.”
