We recently converted our billing system. With that comes a new Online Bill Pay system, powered by the MyCare portal. This new system is easy to use, will give you account details, let you sign up for AutoPay and electronic statements, and show you past bills (once they accumulate).
Here are things to take note of:
- The username and password you used for the previous Online Bill Pay system is no longer valid (unless it happened to be your BendBroadband-provided email address and password).
- To log in to your Online Bill Pay account you will now use your BendBroadband-provided email address and password (also known as your BendBroadband Online Account credentials). What’s a BendBroadband-provided email address you ask? It’s an email address that ends in @bendbroadband.com, @bendcable.com, or @chamberscable.com . If you have one and know your password that goes with it, you’re set! Use that combination to log in to the new Online Bill Pay system, Webmail, My Email Manager, Internet Usage, and TV Everywhere sections of the website. Not sure if you have a BendBroadband account? Click the “Forgot user name? Retrieve it” link on the secure login page at https://bendlogin2.tds.net/. Please note that you will need to know your new 16-digit account number, which was recently mailed to you. Even if you’ve never used Online Bill Pay or checked web mail, you may have an online account.Forgot your email address, password, or both? These FAQs will help you reset one or both.
- Don’t have a BendBroadband-provided email address? You can still access Online Bill Pay, Internet usage, and TV Everywhere as long as you set up an online account. Here’s how.
- If you used our previous Online Bill Pay system, your account information and payment data was carried over to the new system. Even auto payment information transferred.
