KTVZ, KOHD removed from Madras, Crooked River Ranch, Prineville, Culver and Metolius

KTVZ (NBC) and KOHD (ABC) were removed from the Madras, Crooked River Ranch, Prineville, Culver and Metolius lineup on July 31. Customers in these locations were notified of the changes directly.

These five communities are located in the Portland Designated Market Area (DMA). KTVZ and KOHD are licensed in the Bend DMA. TDS is required to carry channels that align with the DMA where customers live. The DMA boundaries are owned and set exclusively by The Nielsen Company (www.nielsen.com).

Customers will be able to view all NBC programming on KGW-Portland (Channels 8/108) and customers can livestream KTVZ’s news on their website at www.ktvz.com/livestream.

In addition, customers will still have access to all their ABC programming on KATU – Portland (Channels 2/102), and customers can livestream KOHD’s news on their website https://centraloregondaily.com/kohd-abc/.

Please note that all BendBroadband subscribers in Deschutes County will continue to receive all programming offered by KTVZ and KOHD.
